Every year we think of something new for the International Bicycle Touring Week!
 In 2012, all mountain bike enthusiasts are invited to join. Each day the off road adventurers under the supervision of certified AMI guides are welcome in the group on road bikes.
The seven bike routes on the road remain the ones traditionally known. And for cyclists who want to challenge themselves, the GABICCE MARE BIKE Hotels have prepared literally "breathtaking" tours.
Our bikers will navigate mostly along the roads of the Province of Pesaro and Urbino, which attract with culinary and wine delights; many delicacies are personally prepared by the locals, who welcome the athletes. The stage destinations are beautiful, surrounded by lush greens in enchanting nature, with the soothing colors of spring and the benefits of sport in the open air: the loyal Ca’ Virginia Country House & Spa Hotel and the Agriturismo La Corte della Miniera near Urbino.
And here are the new locations that we will explore on our tours: Petriano, the districts Piagnano of the town of Sassocorvaro and Fontecorniale of Montefelcino, Tavullia and, for the first time, a SUPER-STAGE with a refreshment break at the Nature Park Riserva del Furlo, from where we will continue to Serra Sant'Abbondio, where the athletes will be received by the mayor and the residents with a luncheon for all – cyclists and their family members. An occasion for long lasting memories, like a day of the Giro d'Italia!
It is going to be a "real" Bicycle Touring Week, from April 7 to 13. Featuring a rich program dedicated to all the brave cyclists who have been touring Italy and the world on and off road for many years.
